Directions for Use – Pickled Garden

1. Prep the Jar
Wash and cut your vegetables or fruit. Pack them snugly into a clean, air-tight glass jar. Add Pickled Garden spice blend directly to the jar.

2. Make the Brine
In a small, non-reactive saucepan (stainless steel or ceramic), combine water and vinegar according to your preference. Heat gently and stir to fully dissolve the spice blend.

3. Combine
Carefully pour the warm brine over the produce, making sure everything is fully submerged with about ½ inch of headspace at the top of the jar.

4. Cool & Store
Seal the jar and allow it to cool to room temperature. Transfer to the refrigerator.

5. Pickle & Enjoy
Light flavor develops within a few hours, with peak flavor after 24–48 hours. Pickles can be enjoyed for weeks and the brine can be reused to pickle additional vegetables—flavor deepens with every batch.

6. Reuse the Brine
Add fresh produce and continue pickling, or use leftover brine in cocktails, marinades, dressings, and sauces.
